Fully Automatic Edible Oil Filling Machine

This machine is used to fill various liquid, viscous liquid or thick liquid products, like cooking oil, lube oil, beverage, juice, sauce, paste, cream, honey, shampoo, detergent, pesticides, and Liquid fertilizer etc as long as it can flow. It adopts piston pump filling with servo motor driven which is more accurate and easy to adjust the volume. With rotary valve for thick or viscous liquid products and non-rotary valve for liquid products. This type of machine is suitable for filling viscous, inviscid, and corrosive liquid. It's widely applied in plant oil, chemical liquid, and the daily chemical industry. It adopts linear type filling,electromechanical&instrucmental integration controlling. It's simple and rapid for changing the varieties with unique design and superior capability. Its appearance accords with the international machinery concept.

Precision filling valve.
1, widely used in filling machinery, especially suitable for fine and complex materials.
2. Fast filling speed.

4. The special sealing design at the bottom of the filling mouth prevents leakage during filling.
5. Chamfering structure at the bottom of filling head. With fixed effect, can be submerged into the bottom of the bottle filling.
6. With motor control, the filling valve can rise synchronously with the liquid level, effectively reducing foam generation.

Special metering cylinder design.
As shown in the picture, the cylinder liner is mounted on the top of the worktable, and the one-button piston decylinder design provides much more flexibility than the traditional non-removable and cleanable cylinder liner, making it easier to clean and replace seals.
